Unlike the liars at Centrelink we here at CentreChat take your privacy seriously, we have measures in place that ensure any information collected about you is kept secure at all times.
When you submit your information on our website, usually at the contact us page, your information is securely sent to CentreChat administration and dealt with appropriately, if you required a response we will use your information to respond, we will not use any of your personal information in any way not requested by you.
Any information you submit to us will be used only for the purposes you provided it. Once we no longer require your details they will be permanently purged from any records we hold, this includes emails, messages, chat records and ip addresses. We will only ever use information you supply for the reason you provided it.
If the Australian government request your information from us, we will have no option but to inform them that we no longer hold information about or related to any individual, we will not expose who you are, your beliefs, thoughts or opinions unless you grant permission for use to.
We are not apart of Centrelink and will never request information that relates to your Centrelink records.
